Community: An Evening of Mixology- Details:Join us as we celebrate the history of Mount Baker’s involvement during Prohibition with an exciting mixology lesson. Upon arriving in our speakeasy (aka the Mount Baker Community Clubhouse) guests will mix, mingle & sip classic cocktails, as they learn the stories and recipes behind four to five pre-Prohibition inspired drinks. We’ll focus on classic techniques from start to finish, including the preparation of unique ingredients that make up these fantastic libations. We will, of course, be sampling all these classic drinks throughout the evening. Participants will leave with recipes from the evening and the knowledge to make outstanding cocktails at home. –
