Farnell Newton has a long standing history in music education, his own music, as well as the Portland community at large. He has been touring nonstop the past couple of years with Jill Scott, Bootsy Collins, and Jarrod Lawson. Farnell is the founder of FaceBooks Jam of the Week which features a song a week which any and all artists are invited to play their individual interpretation of and all are welcome to comment and give positive criticism. It’s quite incredible.
