In his latest video, Brett Hamil takes on Comcast and its franchise agreement with Seattle, which is set to be renewed for another 10 years in December.

As Comcast thinks up new ways to screw over its customers, the City of Seattle prepares to renew their franchise agreement for 10 more years. Meanwhile, Seattle’s Chief Technology Officer, Michael Mattmiller, comes up with excuses for why he won’t pursue municipal broadband.
