King County Commemorates National Voter Registration Day

King County Elections Director Julie Wise wants residents to celebrate National Voter Registration Day in just the way you would expect: by registering to vote. She is calling on King County residents who have not yet registered to register online, by mail or in-person at the King County Elections office.

“This is an important election year, with many state and federal races that will impact your community,” Wise said. “Don’t wait another day. Register to vote. And when you’re done, help your friends and family get registered, too. Your community matters. Your vote matters.”

Visit this site to find out if you’re already registered. If you have already registered but have moved within the county, visit this site. And if you haven’t registered, go here to find out how to register online, by mail or in-person.
