Taylor Yingshi (she/they) is a creator making finely detailed, undulating illustrations inspired by a confluence of aesthetics — from the exuberance of Baroque paintings to the granularity of modern digital art. Her work revolves around the preservation and transformation of memory, history, and heritage. Yingshi has provided illustrations for Seattle Arts & Lectures, the Washington BUS, and the Lowell Milken Center, and has been nationally recognized by the Congressional Institute and the YoungArts Foundation. Currently, she lives between home in Washington and college in New York City — where she hopes to advance her design skills and try as much street food as possible.
